This week, our friends at Articulate release a whole host of updates to Articulate 360. I didn’t want you to miss out, so I’ve collated them all here for you:
Branching scenarios in Rise 360
Back in August 2018, we wrote a blog on how you can manipulate the settings in Rise 360 to create a branching scenario. But Articulate have made that so much easier now – with the introduction of the ‘scenario block’.
Branched scenarios allow learners to control their journey throughout a course and see instant feedback to the decisions they make. Back in August 2018, we wrote a blog on how to manipulate the settings in Rise 360 to create a branching scenario. But the latest update of Rise 360 has made that so much easier with the ‘scenario block’. Simply add dialogue, responses and feedback to bring your scenario to life.
Also new to Rise 360 is the table block, learn more here.
Allow learners to easily track their progress through Storyline 360 courses
All new in Storyline 360 is slide numbers. Slide numbers are variables within your Storyline course, meaning they are always correct, even if you reorder or delete slides.
To learn more about the all knew ‘slide numbers’ feature, watch the video below:
Also, in the latest update to Articulate 360 updates have been made to the media library, allowing you rename and add notes to all media library asset.
Increase team collaboration
If you have an Articulate 360 Teams account, you can now easily collaborate with colleagues, by granting admin or author access to your Rise 360 courses.
Making your colleague an author allows them to edit and add lessons to your course. Whereas admin access provides your colleague with full access to your course; allowing them to alter settings, share your course and export your course.
Plus, with a Teams account you can now transfer content. This ensures you can keep control of your intellectual property, when someone leaves your team – simply transfer their content to another person in your team.
