We started 2019 with a bang, launching our new website and blog. But the changes at Omniplex aren’t stopping yet. Jasmine Kundra has joined the Omniplex family as our Customer Success Manager.
Commenting on her new role, Jasmine said: “Omniplex truly put the customer first and I’m so excited to see how I can help each one of our customers reach their organisational goals.
Customer Success is about investing time into building relationships with customers. I will work with our customers to understand their business goals, and help build strategies to achieve them.
Omniplex offers market-leading eLearning products and services. But Customer Success will expand the relationship beyond that of a supplier. We strive to become a true strategic learning partner of our customers. I’m excited to see how this game changer is going to transform the Omniplex customer experience.”
You may recognise Jasmine from her recent appearance on the BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’. But Jasmine brings with her over 15 years’ L&D experience, and in that time has been a long-term customer of Omniplex. Her experience, including time at both Mitie and Jaguar Land Rover, ensures she understands the challenges and needs of our customers. This understanding makes Jasmine the perfect candidate for this role, and we are thrilled to have her on board.

What makes Omniplex different?

What are Omniplex’s plans for 2019?
We are growing as an organisation, investing in customer success and various other areas of our business. We now partner with more industry-leading companies than ever. Including Articulate, Docebo, eLearning Brothers and Vyond.
Our partners are driving the industry forward. Docebo, for example, have integrated AI into their learning platform to change the way people learn. Whilst Articulate continue to update their suite of products; making eLearning development easier than ever.
We also have our own content development division, Cursim, which we are pushing to the forefront of the industry in 2019. Designing and developing content is part of Omniplex’s DNA, but we have seen an increase in the need for these services.
So there’s some really exciting things happening at Omniplex this year, and we’re super excited for 2019.
